Thanks to Bob Rodgers, we have a team that will contribute to the Citywide clean-up this weekend. If you’ve checked the weather, it’s not looking as good as we would have wanted. If it is raining heavily or thunderstorms are present, we will not be meeting and will look for another day. Please check our website and keep and eye on this Facebook page for updates. If however, the weather is workable, we would love everyone to help support.

We are planning on meeting at 9:30am this Saturday (May 14th) at the fountain in Poplar Lawn Park, starting with clean-up there. At 10:00am, we will then shift to the streets within our district. We have all the equipment we need, so just bring gloves and what you’ll need given the temperature (which should be wonderful) and the weather.

This is an important event for our community and will contribute greatly towards the beautification of our neighborhood.
